WHY I'M RUNNING:
​"Mountain Lakes has been a wonderful community to live, work, and raise my family, and over the past 8 years, I've been privileged to serve as Councilwoman and Mayor. I’m running to continue getting things done for our community – ensuring strong oversight of Borough finances and operations; completing important upgrades to our roads, sidewalks, recreation facilities, and water infrastructure; supporting our ML Police and Fire; protecting our environment and historic character; and supporting development that will strengthen our economic well-being. I will continue working hard to be accessible to residents, responsive to community concerns, and respectful of all points of view."

"My family and I love living in Mountain Lakes –– it is a wonderful place to raise a young family and we plan to stay here for many years to come. I am running for Council to ensure that all families have a voice in how our Borough is run, what decisions are made, and what our community’s future looks like. My track record of leadership, both in my professional and charitable endeavors, will be an asset to Borough Council. I intend to focus on keeping residents informed and educated about Borough issues, and I will work hard to hear and appreciate differing points of view, and find consensus whenever possible."

I am running to continue the important work of preserving what makes Mountain Lakes great and helping it thrive. Our track record is strong: managing Borough finances responsibly, investing in community recreation and infrastructure, and working together to persevere through the incredible challenges posed by the pandemic, global inflation, county-wide public safety concerns, and state spending mandates. My goal is always to listen, understand and simplify, and try to unify different voices and find common ground so that every resident has a voice in our community’s priorities and the management of the Borough."
